Description

Made in Barcelona by artisans from the Diomcoop Cooperative which aims to provide a sustainable and long-lasting solution to the social-inclusion and employment needs of migrants in vulnerable situations.
Its name honors Nigerian doctor Stella Ameyo Adadevoh, who helped stop the spread of the Ebola epidemic in her country in 2014 and thus prevented the deaths of many people. Even though her first patient was an influential man who refused to respect quarantine, she insisted and resisted all directives, deciding to keep him isolated to prevent the disease from spreading. She died that same year from the disease.
