You can exchange your order within a maximum of 15 days after receiving it, as long as the product is in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
Returns
We’ll send you a label to attach to the package with the items you want to return
Drop off the package at the location we tell you
You’ll receive your refund as soon as the items reach us
We only accept returns if:
1. The product is defective.
2. You want the product in a different size and we don’t have it.
In these 2 cases, we cover the shipping costs for the return.
As soon as we receive the goods at our warehouse (in their original packaging and in good condition), we’ll process the refund for the amount to be returned.
- If the product is on sale, we don’t accept returns. Exchanges only.
You can also exchange or return your order at our physical store at C/Nadal, 40 in Barcelona.
